The Kenilworth Community Forum is meeting on Monday 14th June 2010 at Kenilworth School Upper Hall, 6.30pm for 7pm start. The Police will be in attendance from 6.30pm to listen to individual issues. See the draft meeting agenda.

Have you ever wondered what happens to issues that Kenilworth people raise at the Community Forum? Would you like to know more about the Forum's ongoing projects and priorities?

Behind the Scenes will answer these and other questions about the Forum and the items we discuss. For more information on any items listed, please ring 01926 456103 and ask for Jane Coates or email warwick@warwickshire.gov.uk.

Grants for local projects
The Community Forum holds a pot of money to support local projects and tackle issues raised as priorities in Kenilworth. The District and County Councils provide the money for the Forum to spend. Local groups and projects can apply for Forum grant money now!

The closing date for applications is Friday 20th August. The Community Forum on September 6th will decide how the grant money is allocated across the projects. The application form and guidance notes can be obtained by ringing 01926 456103 and asking for Jane, or visiting www.warwickshire.gov.uk/warwickarea and looking under the funding sub-heading.

Your opinions needed!
Warwickshire County Council would like to know what you think about local transport and rights of way. Consultations on both topics are open until 27th August. For more information visit Kenilworth Library or look at the following web pages: For the Local Transport Plan 2011-2026 visit www.warwickshire.gov.uk/ltp
